Terms of Service

Effective Date: March 17, 2026

Version: 2.4.0 (Global Compliance)

Jurisdiction: Osaka, Japan

Governance Architecture

Osaka Data Bridge operates as a high-signal environment for regional market intelligence. Accessing our platform implies a commitment to the professional standards required for navigating high-velocity data bridge operations. These terms ensure that our metrics remain accurate, our connectivity stays secure, and all participants operate within a recognized ethical framework.

By accessing OsakaDataBridge.digital, you agree to be bound by these conditions. If you are representing a commercial entity, you confirm you have the authority to bind that entity to these legal obligations.

Intellectual Property & Metrics

Our proprietary data structures and analytical outputs are protected by Japanese and international copyright laws. Unauthorized scraping or redistribution is strictly prohibited to maintain the integrity of our market signals.

01. Permitted Use

Users are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view and utilize the data bridge for internal business research. This does not include the right to repackage our metrics for third-party commercial sale without an express Enterprise Agreement.

02. Prohibited Extraction

Automated collection methods, including bots, spiders, and scrapers, are denied access unless white-listed by our technical team. We reserve the right to throttle or terminate connections that exhibit non-human behavioral patterns.

03. Derivative Works

Any report or analysis created using our raw metrics must credit Osaka Data Bridge as the primary source. Modification of the original data points in a way that misrepresents regional market reality is a violation of these terms.

01

Account Integrity

Security is a shared responsibility within the Osaka Data Bridge ecosystem. Users must maintain the confidentiality of their credentials. Any unauthorized access resulting from negligent credential management is the sole responsibility of the account holder. We monitor access logs to identify potential breaches and ensure the stability of the data hub for all international and local partners.

02

Service Continuity

While we strive for 99.9% availability, our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Scheduled maintenance, which typically occurs between 02:00 and 04:00 JST, may cause temporary interruptions. We do not guarantee that the metrics provided will be error-free at all times, as market conditions can shift with extreme volatility.

"The bridge is a conduit for information, not a guarantee of market outcome. Users assume all risk associated with financial decisions based on platform metrics."
03

Liability Limitations

To the maximum extent permitted by Japanese law, Osaka Data Bridge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability for any claim arising out of these terms shall not exceed the amount paid by the user to access the service in the preceding six-month period.

Regulatory Provisions

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Osaka District Court in the first instance.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the Terms otherwise remain in full force.

Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new framework.
